Founded in 1969 by Marjory Stoneman Douglas, Friends of the Everglades is a conservation nonprofit working to protect and restore the Everglades.
I built their website and continue to maintain it. The site brings together the organization’s mission, advocacy updates, education resources and ways for supporters to get involved.

Florida Keys Outfitters / Retail & business systems
Florida Keys Outfitters is a saltwater fly shop in Islamorada, where I spent about six years running the day-to-day business—with responsibility that reached well beyond the website.
I ran the website and email campaigns, along with all the internal business systems—including Lightspeed and QuickBooks. The customer experience and the day-to-day operation were both part of my job.
